Performance and characteristics:
1. Equipped with a plunger type one-way valve to prevent the drained grease from flowing backward;
2. Equipped with a plunger type pressure regulating valve (safety valve) to prevent the working pressure of the lubricating pump from overloading;
3. The press oil plate is used to suck oil in a vacuum. The grease in the oil cup does not deposit, and the residual grease at the bottom of the oil cup is eliminated;
4. Equipped with low oil level switch (photoelectric sensor), which can output low oil level signal;
5. The capacity of the oil cup is diversified to meet the requirements of different industries;
6. Adopt a lubricating gun and add grease to the oil cup through a grease filter to reduce impurities and air mixing into the lubrication system, protect the safety of the lubrication system, and improve the reliability of the lubrication system;
7. There is no need to remove the oil cup during the maintenance of the lubrication pump. And the parts can be replaced directly from the front and side, which makes the operation more convenient and quick;
8. The working cycle, running time and intermittent time of the lubrication pump are controlled by the host PLC pump controller;
9. Suitable for grease: 000#~3#. Greatly extend the refueling cycle and save the consumption of grease.
