Performance and characteristics:
1. It is mainly composed of YBP pneumatic lubricating pump, quantitative distributor, oil and gas mixer, electromagnetic valve, pneumatic frequency generator and gas source processing element.
2. the pneumatic frequency generator controls the YBP pneumatic lubrication pump and the quantitative distributor. The quantitative lubricating oil is sent to the oil and gas mixing area at a certain frequency, and the compressed air controlled by the electromagnetic valve is blown to fine oil and gas to the lubrication point.
3. the quantitative distributor with the corresponding model can meet the oil demand of different lubricating parts.
4. A liquid level switch is provided to output the abnormal signal of the liquid level.
5. the gas source treatment element can adjust the pressure of the gas source and filter the impurities and water in the compressed air to improve the reliability of the system.
6. it has the advantages of high utilization rate of lubricants, less oil consumption, accurate oil supply, no pollution to the surrounding environment and good air cooling effect. And a positive pressure seal cavity can be formed in the lubricating part to prevent the entry of harmful substances such as dust from outside.
7. Application of oil viscosity range: 5 ~ 500cSt.
