Operation setting steps:
1.Self lock function: avoid wrong operation, push the “设置(SET)” button once, and then push it twice within 2 seconds to unlock the setting function;
2.This controller has 3 states: lubrication state, rest state, alarm state;
If no alarm, the lubrication state and rest state cycle;
3.There are 2 types of lubrication state: manual lubrication and circulating lubrication.
Manual lubrication is the lubrication actively entered by pressing the button (◀) for more than 3 seconds manually;
Circulating lubrication is the lubrication that the controller enters according to the program;
4.The working time is 30 seconds after the pressure signal obtained within 180 seconds. It will automatically return to the rest state, and the backlight of the display will continue to light up for 20 seconds during working time;
5.In the lubrication state, it can display the lubrication state and lubrication time. The lubrication time starts to accumulate from "1". When the pressure signal is detected (the pressure switch under PS2 is displayed), it continues to accumulate for 30 seconds and stop; count in seconds;
6.Open circuit alarm (alarm display Err3): enter the working state, start to detect the motor current, alarm when the motor current is less than 0.15A.
High current alarm (alarm display Err4): 24V corresponds to 9A alarm, 7A does not alarm; 12V corresponds to 12A alarm, 10A does not alarm.
7. 180 seconds overtime alarm: If no pressure signal is detected within 180 seconds, the controller will alarm and display Err1.
Query function of failure and working times: in rest state, the latest failure and accumulated working times can be inquired;
8. When in rest state, time is displayed like 10:00. The rest time can be set. When setting, press the “设置(SET)” button firstly, press the “设置(SET)” button twice to unlock secondly, and then press "◀" "▶" to adjust; Setting range: 0.5-24 hours adjustable, add 0.5 hours each time, and can store the set value;
The rest time is a countdown method.
Rest time power-off memory: power on, enter the rest state firstly, and proceed according to the remaining rest time last time.
9.Four types of warning alarms:
①Err1: overtime alarm;
②Err3: open circuit;
③Err4: high current;
④Err5 (SL-ECU22D has this function): oil shortage.
10. Reset function: press the "复位(RESET)" button in working state or alarm state to forcefully restore to the rest state;
11. Over voltage protection circuit and transient suppression circuit: to ensure that the whole machine does not burn out or malfunction when experiencing short-term over voltage shock;
12. All input circuits of motor and signals are equipped with isolation protection circuit to prevent reverse connection of power line; If the power line is reversely connected, the monitor does not display anything.
